Eating alone at Monster Curry, Vivo City
Right, judging from the name, I should have known I probably should not have eating alone at Monster Curry. But there is queue everywhere else and I lazy to queue...hahaha.
Lie, you were initially going for Cafe Benne...
Oh hello, you sarcasm-me. I did want to go to Cafe Benne but they were having some problem with the system and hence refusing entry for all customers. Bah.
And there is no queue at Monster Curry. Hehe.
Okay, fine. So how big is this Monster Curry?
For a start, the plate is big but portion wise...I think it turns out to be pretty much, okay? Omg, I am probably a glutton. Oh by the way, this cheese chicken curry cutlet is good, yum.
You probably the only one eating that alone, right?
*munch* What? *munch*, excuse me, a lot of diners at the neighboring tables are having one plate each. So I guess Monster Curry is not that monstrous in size after all. I guess, it really depends on what you order. If you are a petite eater, I don't think you will be able to finish the whole plate.
Any funny stare during the meal?
Ah funny stare, what we, the solo-diners, dread the most. Thankfully everybody is too busy digging into their curry (including myself) so I consider Monster Curry as an okay place for solo-diners. You are not expected to linger and chill around after your meal though, especially if the queue has formed outside the restaurant.
