Friday: A Case of Excessive Eating
Disaster. Complete disaster. Could not meet own calorie intake target of 1200 kcal per day. But then again, the goal is deemed unattainable when there is social event involved in life. Probably should not be too hard on self.
Meal eaten during the day:-
- 1 bag of Korean almond waffle (Singlong brand)
- 1 bowl of apple and pear pork ribs soup and 3/4 bowl of pumpkin rice (quite proud of my resistance toward initial choice of salted egg yolk-related dish)
- 1 glass of sour plum drink (free treat from Lonn-chan which kinda led to ultimate failure to keep calories at 1200)
- 1 piece of Rum & Raisin Meiji chocolate (need better healthier snack)
- 1 piece of banana chocolate rice crispy snack (seriously need better healthier snack)
- 1 bowl of spicy grilled chicken with black rice (can't help it, sleep in starvation on a TGIF night seems cruel, even to self)
- Few pieces of Fritos (cause Omo Omo Don is quite stingy with the chicken, I ended up eating my rice with uhh, chips)
But then again, not sure if social event can be entirely accused as the cause of gulping the whole bowl of spicy grilled chicken black rice from Omo Omo Don (which took me like ages to wait because this restaurant at Star Vista is apparently so popular as hang out venue on Friday night).
