5 Things to Do When You Cannot Sleep at Night
Sometimes whenever I drink too much coffee or tea in the afternoon, the effect lasts until wee hours. I simply decide to make the time worth while rather than moving restlessly on bed.
1. Surf the net
Sometimes you cannot sleep because you have so much things to think in your mind. Since you are still awake, you can use this energy to find out the solution to whatever you are thinking about in the internet.
2. Read bible and pray
If you know there is no way out to your thought except for divine intervention, you can use this time to read bible and let your worry to be known to God. He will give you peace.
3. Catch up on your TV session
If you have cable, wee hour is the best time to watch the re-run of those shows that you have missed earlier due to work, etc.
4. Watch online movies/dramas/anime
For people like me who don't have TV or cable, our hope lies on the speed of our internet connection. Good thing that nowadays there is a vast resources on the internet to enable us to watch a lot of things which may not be available on our TV or cable.
5. Read manga
Catching up on a manga is a good thing too especially if you manage to find new interesting series. I've spent a few days becoming night owls when I stumbled upon Magi. #cannotsleeponpurpose
