Three ideas to combat forever fatigue syndrome

...ugh. agh. ugh...

I don't know why but I feel so tired whenever I have to start my usual office-stint. Maybe it's the work, maybe it's my lifestyle. Well, I don't really have the time to think of why I feel so tired all the time, to be honest with you. Do you guys feel like this too? You can't help but thinking to change our job, right?

Three ideas to combat forever fatigue syndrome
Cony got tired too....
But since I still need to sustain my life paying my new phone (victim of latest gadget), I would turn to emergency quick-fix on my forever-tired syndrome. In my case, I suspect the biggest culprit is lack-of-sleep. I usually get 7 hours of sleep so I probably need to get 8 hours of sleep.

So plan no. 1 :> Sleep from 11PM to 7AM.

Another not-so-healthy lifestyle that I adopt is probably my diet. I am those people who eat anyhow, without really considering the nutrition of what I am eating.

I guess plan no. 2 will be :> No more bubble tea for the rest of the week (oh god, this may be harder than I thought. But it will help me cut sugar considerably I suppose).

I still suspect my work is giving me stress and hence, makes me tired too in spite of the above lifestyle change. The problem about work is you can't really change your workload unless you are the boss. But if you are the plankton of your team, all you can do is probably slow down a bit. So with this noble goal (and yet nearly impossible to do) in mind, my plan no. 3 will be :>

Work as fast as the sloth in Zootopia.

Mind you, that sloth fellow in Zootopia drives a Ferrari. A freaking Ferrari. There must be some kind of secret in the way of sloth-ing.

Okay, enough ideas for the day.
