A Bad Day Is Definitely Not A Bad Life
Today has gone from bad to worse. Apparently my boss is able to make my days hellish without her presence in the office. She has officially made it into this book.
Oh well, in shittiest moment of your life, it's important to remember or do a few things such as:
1. You are what you think you are
So think positive. Don't condemn yourself and definitely don't talk bad about yourself. We have haters to do that for us, haven't we? A little of self-consolation does not hurt anybody.
2. Go bitch to your trusted friends
I am not the type who keep problems deeply shut inside my own head. It's definitely good to have friends who are willing to listen to your problem without going into judgement mode. Sometimes, we just need someone to listen, don't we? (and someone to bash that asshole who make our life so difficult).
3. Do happy stuff, eat happy food
I go sweat myself up in the gym whenever I feel lousy. Dance or combat classes are perfect type of class to let out some steam. After the class, I feel tired but happy and satisfied. To make it even better, after shedding off some calories, now you can go for comfort food like chocolates, ice cream, cakes, fried chickens you name it. Or comfort drink too? Yum.
So yeah, let's believe for a better day tomorrow. After all, each day has enough trouble of its own.
