We know how the journey ends, the cute little wacky Minions finally found their perfect boss, Gru (who does not easily die and remembers each of their name). This makes me wonder, will we be able to find the most perfect boss in real life (or at least in our employee-segment-life)? So far, I've been working with various bosses and superiors included. Well, the best ones can be counted easily by one hand. No kidding. 

So, where do good bosses go? 

Or if we flip another side of the coin, the question will be:

Why most of bosses are bad? (or turns bad?)

Well, one obvious factor is because most bosses have reached higher rank purely because of their technical skill. Let's face it, in corporate jungle, high EQ is not exactly rewarded. We are living in an era whereby it is okay to have an asshole/ bitchy attitude as long as you can bring money to the business.

And if the leaders have this attitude, obviously, the staff (who strong enough to stay) will follow suit because they slowly understand that it does not pay to be nice. Hard cold truth.  

So the morale of the story is if you can work well with your boss, keep the job. If you cant work without feeling like strangling your boss, well you know what's the best for you so it is either you suck it up or find another opportunity elsewhere.
