Sad, broken, depressing and yet, I'm hooked!

I like watching anime but sometimes it makes me wonder why do I watch certain anime which well...what can I say...does not give me those warm fuzzy feeling of happiness after I finish watching it? LOL.

But these anime are like freaking addictive. I dunno why.

1. Attack on Titan

Sad, broken, depressing and yet, I'm hooked!

I have to say that this is by far, the most depressing anime series that I have watched up-to-date. Not because it makes you cry (the scenes are too gruesome to make you cry tbh) but every episode shows that it's freaking tough to survive (I mean, every episode, there are humans getting eaten...like how freaky is that?? This is like Game of Thrones in titan version) in life. Despite this fact, I watch like at least 3 episodes at one go after work. Uhm yeah, sometimes I dunno myself. LOL.

2. Mirai Nikki

Mirai Nikki

Mirai Nikki does not need a titan but human end up die too in this anime. They kill each other though. Well, not all mankind, fortunately. Just the few selected people who participate in the Diary Game. The setting is kinda similar to Battle Royale, if you ever watch this psychotic movie. Omg, why I keep watching anime where people die?? This does not sound mentally healthy seriously.

3. Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

This is one peaceful anime in which there is no killing involved. But the anime's main character turns out to be a ghost. A cute ghost but still...ghost. Okay, I should probably change my anime genre where it involves living human being. LOL. I know for instance with this kind of main character, there is no way a happy ending (where everyone live together happily ever after) is gonna be attained. But still, I keep on watching (with a lot of tissues on hand) until the last episode of the anime.
